The next meeting will be on. Tuesday, 15th August  2023, at 7.00 p.m. This is an Extraordinary Planning Meeting.  This will be a public, open meeting, so anyone is welcome to attend. Please come along to have your say about to the future of The Staffordshire Knot Inn. Could I please, also, ask you good people, reading this, to please write a letter of comment, either for or against, on the PDNP, website. The planning application number, for The Staffordshire Knot is NP/SM/0723/0844, you only have to type the last 4 digits normally, for the planning to appear. We had a great amount of input last time and are hoping for the same again. Thank you again for reading this.

We are pleased to have just heard, that, Tracy Cartland-Ward, the owner of The Staffordshire Knot Inn, has agreed to come along to the above meeting, to tell us about her plans for the property, and to answer our questions.

The funeral of Mr Alan Blackhurst took place on 21st September 2021, at St. Luke’s Church, Sheen, followed by internment in the Churchyard.  A very sad day, but he will be fondly remembered by many, with a smile on our faces.    A true character.      R.I.P  Alan.   At peace now.

DUE TO THE SAD NEWS, OF THE DEATH OF OUR Chairman, MR ALAN BLACKHURST, The September meeting is cancelled… Our prayers and condolences, are sent to Alan’s family, at this very sad time.

The September meeting was cancelled, due the sad news, of the death of our Chairman, Mr Alan Blackhurst.
